Registration and Payment
Class size may be limited, therefore registration is accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Once a class is filled, we will post that information on our website. If a class is full, please call us for information about a possible waiting list or additional course section.
Online: Go to www.prairiecreek.net. At this time, online registration requires payment by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. An email will be sent to confirm payment and important information about each class.
Phone: Call 815-761-2854. Phone registration may be completed with a check or by credit card. Instructions for paying by check will be given at the time of registration. All payments by check must be received by Prairie Creek no later than two weeks prior to class. A letter will be mailed or an email will be sent regarding payment, registration confirmation and important information about each class.

By registering for a class, a student agrees to Prairie Creek's Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Early Registration Helps Everyone
Guarantee your spot in the class. Programs can fill quickly and registrations are processed according to date of payment. Early registration guarantees your spot in the class.
Save Money. Many of our programs offer discounts for early registration. Early registration can save you money!
Early Registration Really Helps the Instructors (and us). Instructors schedule and commit to teaching classes up to a year in advance. Many of them must travel a long distance to get to Sycamore. Early registration assures them (and us) there will be enough students to fill a class in time for them to get affordable rates on airfair and accommodations.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Course is filled. When a registration is received after a class is filled, the student will be notified as soon as possible. Payment may be refunded 100% or applied to another course according to the student's preference.
Course is cancelled. If a course must be cancelled by Prairie Creek due to low enrollment, severe weather conditions, etc, students will receive a full refund or students may choose to apply course fees to another course at Prairie Creek. When a course must be cancelled due to severe weather or other conditions beyond the control of Prairie Creek, any expenses incurred by the student for travel, accommodations or other expenses are the sole responsibility of the student.
Student withdrawal from a course. If a student withdraws from a course 4 weeks or more prior to the first day of class - full refund. If a student withdraws from a course 2-4 weeks prior to the first day of class - Prairie Creek will retain 50% of the course fee. The remaining balance will be refunded. If, for any reason, a student withdraws from a course less than 2 weeks prior to the first day of class - no refund.
Failure to arrive or complete a course. If, for any reason, a student does not arrive or does not complete a class after the class begins - no refund.
